Welcome to the 2014-2015 school year

We have enjoyed a great start at Northpoint Christian School and are looking forward to an even greater year. It is difficult to believe August is already behind us. In just a few weeks, we will be making plans for Fall Break. Time continues to fly.

One of the many joys we experience at Northpoint Christian is the opportunity to welcome new students and families to the Northpoint Christian family. This year is no exception. Each year we host a “New Parent Reception” where, as administrators, we have the opportunity to visit personally with new parents and often times hear a little of their story about enrolling at Northpoint Christian. It is always encouraging to hear the various ways the Lord leads families to our school.

This year, when asking two different families in two separate settings how their transition was going, I received two very encouraging reports. Both families shared that their transition was going well because our returning students welcomed their new students and made them feel very much at ease and at home. This was a very positive testimony. After sharing this story at the reception, another new parent came to me and said the returning students were very welcoming to her students as well. She said it made all the difference in their transition to Northpoint Christian. I want to give a special thank you to our students for a job well done.

Whether it is through our students, faculty, staff, or administration, our goal is that all of our students feel at home at Northpoint Christian School.  We trust such will be the case for your family, not only during the opening days of school, but throughout the entire school year. We thank you in advance for joining us in praying to that end.

Thank you for giving us the privilege of partnering with you and your family in providing Christian education. We all enter the year with great anticipation. It is our prayer that your experience will exceed your expectations.
David Manley,
President
